Official Launch of Zhonghong Medical Cangxi Base

On May 20th, the commencement ceremony of the third batch of major projects to be implemented in 2022 in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province was held in Ziyun Industrial Park, Cangxi County. The representative of the Cangxi County Medical Grade Nitrile Gloves Production Project under Zhonghong Pulin Medical Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonghong Medical) attended the ceremony and made a speech.

The event was presided over by Dong Li, a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Guangyuan Municipal Committee and mayor of Guangyuan.  Xu Guobin, a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Guangyuan Municipal Committee and executive vice mayor of Guangyuan, made a report on the relevant projects. Zhang Shizhong, secretary of CPC Cangxi County Committee, made a speech. Jun Chen, president of Zhonghong Medical, spoke on behalf of the commenced construction projects. Zou Zijing, secretary of CPC Guangyuan Municipal Committee, announced the commencement of the project.

As one of the major projects in Guangyuan City's "Project Promotion Year", Zhonghong Medical Cangxi Medical Grade Nitrile Gloves Project has invested 1.866 billion yuan, and 40 production lines will be built according to the requirements of the world-class glove industry base. Cangxi Manufacturing Base is the third largest manufacturing base built by Zhonghong Medical following Tangshan and Jiujiang manufacturing bases. It is also an important step to implement the company's development strategy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, expand its scale in an orderly manner, continuously improve the high-quality development of the main business of protective gloves, and maintain its dominant position. After the project is completed and put into production, it will create about 1,500 jobs and considerable benefits for the local government and society.

President Jun Chen said in his speech that Zhonghong Medical will make every effort to do a good job in project construction, production preparation and safety management to ensure early production,  and strive to become a well-known key enterprise in Cangxi in the later development period.
