Recently, Fujian Red Cross Society announced the list of the winners of Fujian Red Cross Humanitarian Medal and Fujian Red Cross Humanitarian Gold Medal in 2021.
Zhonghong Pulin Medical Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonghong Medical) was awarded the Humanitarian Gold Medal by Fujian Red Cross Society in recognition of its contribution to humanitarian relief.
In September, 2021, COVID-19 pandemic hit Putian, Quanzhou, Xiamen and other places in Fujian Province, and Zhonghong Medical actively responded to the crisis. Based on the strength of R&D, production and sales of its high-end medical gloves, the company supplied disposable medical protective gloves to help Fujian fight the pandemic. Zhonghong Medical donated 3.2 million disposable medical protective gloves through Fujian Red Cross Society and Xiamen Red Cross Society for epidemic prevention and control in Putian, Quanzhou and Xiamen.
Since COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a great demand for medical supplies at home and abroad. As a national supplier of key materials for epidemic prevention and control, Zhonghong Medical has actively donated anti-epidemic materials to the government and all sectors of society while maintaining its capacity in order to perform its social responsibility in priority. It has donated nearly 10 million glove products in total to assume its social responsibility with practical actions.
